REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you
change your mind. We have physical showrooms in place to allow customers time to make a
considered and informed decision prior to purchasing. Once order has been dispatched from our
warehouse, we are unable to change or refund.
If an item has a MAJOR or non-repairable problem, you have refund rights & protections under
Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us to resolve. Any refund will be processed in the same
manner in which it was paid within 14 business days.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame of the matter being
reported to us.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
