Delivery in Metropolitan Areas - Relax for Life
MASSAGE CHAIRS & RECLINER OR LIFT CHAIRS:
We deliver to most metropolitan areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong) using our White Glove delivery & assembly service. This includes 2-man delivery, un-pack and set-up with all rubbish removed within 50km of state capital. Areas outside the mentioned delivery areas may be delivered via standard courier delivery using a third-party courier company. The estimated time for delivery will be between 1 to 12 business days depending on your location.
What is White Glove Delivery: “Premium delivery service for a premium product”
We’re as eager for you to enjoy your new massage chair or Recliner chair as you are. At Relax For Life, Our White Glove Delivery team can deliver to most addresses within a 100km Radius (and even further on availability) of most state capitals (Excluding Darwin and Tasmania).
Simply put, Our White Glove delivery and assembly team will call you prior to delivery and schedule a delivery date and time that suits you. Our white glove delivery and assembly team will also call you on approach when they are 30 minutes away to ensure that you will be ready to receive your massage chair or recliner chair. Our 2-man white glove delivery and assembly team will deliver the massage chair to your home, Unbox the massage chair or recliner chair and place it in your desired position (including going up/down stairs where necessary*), fully assemble the chair, give you a quick demonstration and then remove all rubbish. All of this with the utmost care & personalized service!
You’ll be experiencing unmatched relaxation without the stress of waiting for couriers to turn up when they feel like it, (if at all!) & then simply dumping it at your door!
Non-Metro Standard Courier Service:
In more remote areas (where we do not have white glove delivery/assembly teams), we are able to send via standard courier, however, the areas this applies to is very limited. You will be advised if your location falls into this category prior to purchase. Upon dispatch, we will send you an email confirming the shipping consignment number and estimated delivery time.
For any massage chair or recliner chair that is being delivered by Courier, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery day or time. An able-bodied person will be required to assist the driver with unloading from the truck and assisting with the moving of the chair from the truck to your front door or garage. The driver will not take any chairs up or down stairs and will only deliver to your front door or garage. No un-pack, rubbish removal or set-up is included in this standard courier delivery. Please note, these details only apply to limited locations where our 2-man white glove delivery service is NOT available, whereas most locations will receive our premium white glove delivery & assembly service as detailed above.
Alternatively (if you are in an area where we do not have white glove service), we are able to ship your chair to your closest major depot for you to be able to pick-up at your convenience (if you have suitable vehicle). Some customers prefer this option rather than having to wait around at home all day and are able to organize a friend to assist with the pick-up on a day/time convenient to yourself rather than when it is convenient to courier driver to turn up to your home!
We will deliver to the delivery address specified by you when you place your order. If your delivery address requires updating for any reason after your order has been made, you may be liable for additional delivery charges.
